What sorta pct should be used? I know gh15 doesn't recommend pct, but I don't want to lose my gains and/or libido post cycle?
i haven't heard the words pct in quite a while.
you will gain a lot of water weight, not subcutaneous water weight that makes you look fat and bloofy, but i'm talking about water retention in your muscles, when you use any kind of steroid. it's going to make your muscles larger, more full as well as making you stronger. once you go off steroids you will obviously lose this, and you'll see pounds lost on the scale. doesn't inherently mean you lost muscle fiber size. at the same time you will be struggling to maintain the muscle you had just acquired, you'll have to eat more and train consistently with the knowledge that you can't even put on any muscle and at best you're just trying to stave off muscle loss - it's no fun and i'm sure you'll quickly become tired of it. you won't make any gains until you go back on cycle, so you'll want to bulk while on cycle but at the same time you'll also want to be on cycle when you cut down for a competition to reduce any muscle loss. it will be pretty difficult to go off completely between cycles if you want to compete competitively.
anyways, pct is just: make sure you run hcg throughout your entire cycle, 250iu hcg 2 times a week, increase to 1500iu per week for the last 3 weeks of your cycle right before you start your pct, then stop hcg. pct itself is just 50mg clomid every day for a month, using a supplement like d-aspartic acid during the tail-end of your pct will help keep your natural testosterone production fairly high, provided you aren't suppressed still. also, all of these items for pct are legal to buy as they are merely prescription meds and can be bought at online prescription websites. i don't know what the laws of your country are regarding prescription drugs though.
