too late to admit it.....if he changed course now his wife would leave him and he would never be anything but dogcatcher....better to stay in the race, deny it until hell freezes over then when damning evidence comes out announce that he's quitting the race to focus on finding the the real people behind the conspiracy......worked for O.J. ::)

Newest Cain Accuser Has History of Financial Trouble
ABC NEWS ^ | 11-28-11 | Ross
Posted on November 28, 2011 10:24:46 PM EST by VinL

Like one of his earlier accusers, the latest woman to accuse Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain of sexual misconduct has a history of financial trouble, with a threat of eviction for non-payment of rent just two weeks ago.

Ginger White, who claimed in an interview with Atlanta Fox News affiliate WAGA to have had a 13-year-affair with Cain, has liens and civil judgments in Kentucky and Georgia dating back to 1994.

Eleven of those liens have been filed since 2009, with nine in 2011. The owners of her apartment complex in Dunwoody, Georgia have sued her for non-payment of rent nearly every month since the beginning of the year.

White, a 46-year-old unemployed single mother who is at least twice divorced, was described by WAGA as an Atlanta-area businesswoman. While living in Louisville, Kentucky, she worked at Recruitment Plus, LLC. According to WAGA, she filed a sex harassment claim against an employer ten years ago, and the case was settled. The station also found a bankruptcy filing from the late 1980s.

In January, there is a scheduled court date in an unrelated civil suit filed against her by a former business partner, Kimberly Vay, who alleges that White stalked and harassed her and had sought a protective order. A judge has entered a default judgment in Vay's favor. [snip]

33,

Let's say you're worth 2 or 3 million bucks.
You love yourself, and you have a job where people kiss your ass all day for money.
You work in restaurant industry, where a lot of people with minimal education and minimal skills interact with you.

These be hard times.

Now, do you want a mistress that makes 100k a year (good luck finding one lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Or do you want a chick you can show up and bang anytime you want (she ain't at work) and leave a grand on the kitchen table and she loves ya forever for it?

If i was a rich CEO, and I wanted to get my duck wet, I'm choosing the broke chicks.  And theyre way more available, desperate and willing.

So 33, I don't buy into this.  IMO, rich dudes PREFER a broke mistress.  And broke mistresses are way easier to find than those who are making good money- cause things that go with being financially successful are family, stability, etc.

Means nothing in this case.  When the number of accuser exceeds 5 then there is obviously some truth.

Means nothing in this case.  When the number of accuser exceeds 5 then there is obviously some truth.

Your counts are WAY OFF. The two from NRA (Kraushaar and another anonymous one) were "settled" or got severance payments for PEANUTS (compared to typical harassment judgments of $300,000 back in the 90s). To this day, we still don't know what Cain supposedly did to Kraushaar.

The other anonymous one didn't file anything. So her account is worthless (the fact that her story was broken by a Perry campaign staffer or Perry PAC member is a bit suspcious).

Sharon Bialek has been exposed as a broke gold-digger, whose story fell apart when her fiance' turned out to be her EX-FIANCE (the whole purpose of touting him was to prove that Bialek wasn't doing this for money). Plus, she was seen schmoozing with Cain a month prior, described as being "flirtatious" and hugging Cain.

Who hugs a guy 14 years later, who allegedly almost raped her and nearly forced her to blow him to get her job back? Throw in her screwing her boss and having a kid with him and her rep, according to former CBS co-workers (along with her convenient association with Gloria Allred) and there goes Bialek's credibility.

Now comes Ginger White.

Surprise, surprise.....she's broke!

Surprise, surprise.....she has a history of questionable and frivolous lawsuits

Surprise, surprise.....like the other accusers, this conveniently happened ONLY duirng Cain's NRA tenure.

Surprise, surprise.....she got sued for libel AND LOST!

Normally, whorish men have a trail of booty a mile long, throughout their career. The fact that all of these cases come ONLY during Cain's schtick with the NRA is a tad curious.

Unless Cain actually did what he stands accused of doing, this smells of a continued hack job.

Classic 240's lapse of judgment.

Didn't a former business partner of White SUE HER for stalking, which included LOTS OF E-MAILS and TEXTS?

Didn't White get sued for LIBEL and LOSE in court?

Cain has a history of accusations - two women paid off 14 years ago.

So why would he continue to give all of these women the ammo to "frame" him?

I mean, once you have to leave the rest CEO job early, because of the 100 grand they had to pay because of your flirting...

Why the hell do you ever text a chick at 4 am, after that?

Cain's team said it all here, though.  "It's not harassment or assault, so it doesn't matter..."

Cain should have stuck with that logic.  He looked at CNN and denied an affair.  Only a few ppl believe him now.

I don't care that arnold hooked up.  I don't care if anyone hooks up.

I care if they look me in the eye and LIE about it.
I care if their team manages this terribly - it shows he will manage BIGGER crisis in a poor way.
I care if the guy is so mentally soft that he delivers obvious lies.

That's some low IQ shit there.  I want a shrewd dude running the white house, ya know?  Someone who can handle his own against Putin and the like.  Not someone who can't outwit Wolf Blitzer.  Reminds me of Palin trying to explain her foreign policy crediential because she was situated near Russia.  Just an outright, obviously false tall tale... I don't want a leader like that, ya know?

Cain has a history of accusations - two women paid off 14 years ago.

Accusations, found by an investigation to be FALSE. Hence the two women got severance deals. Explain again why, in an era when women were averaging $300,000 in harassment cases (winning two-thirds of the time) why their "payoffs" were a mere collective $81,000.

So why would he continue to give all of these women the ammo to "frame" him?

Yet, had Cain done so, you'd be blabbling (as you were earlier) that Cain should be screaming from the rooftops that he's innocent (if he actually is). Now that he's done so, you're complaining about how he's handling the situation.

Make up your mind. Either Cain should state his innocence or he shouldn't.

I don't think Cain has a chance anymore....who knows I don't follow Politics as closely as some but it seems like he's done...could be wrong of course.   But of course I'm comparing this to Clinton who did his thing and lied about it.  I don't remember specific poster's responses to that but it seems like some were saying they could care less about it.  I wonder if those people care about this and why.....is it just disdain for the person w/the opposite party affiliation?

Wasn't the investigation run by Cain's underlings?

And why did they pay $100 grand to two people with FALSE charges?

And why did Cain leave his contract immediately after, before it expired?

NOPE!! Cain reclused himself and the Board of Directors did it. One former member of that board vouched for Cain.

And why did they pay $100 grand to two people with FALSE charges?

One, it was only $81,000.

Two, sexual harassment suits can run a company an average of $250,000. So, if your company finds the charges against its CEO to be false or "baseless", are you going to blow HALF-A-MILLION DOLLARS to take it court and endure MONTHS of bad PR? Or (assuming these were actual harassment settlements vs. severance packages, as the other anonymous accuser had other issues leading to her depature), do you give these women $81,000 and tell them to kick rocks?

And why did Cain leave his contract immediately after, before it expired?

He left a couple of months early, as I recall. He cited personal reasons.

McWay I believe you and I have a bet regarding Cain coming to a close.

I believe the results and outcome of our bet is pretty clear cut.  What say you?
