Middle-aged natural?

Found this dude over on Dr. Darden's site. His stats are 5'10" 186 7.5% and his arms measure in at 16 3/8" inches. I don't buy that he's natural, but he looks great anyways, especially for being in his mid-50's :o

dr darden also believed (or claimed to believe) that viator and the mentzers were clean when working with a. jones because he insisted on it, and they 'gave their word' they wouldnt juice. 

oliva was given special dispensation by jones, however lol.

take a look at this guys physique, look at his shoulders!!!!
full capped and meaty!
and then look at his midsection, midsection is thick, but very very tight!
thick does not mean wide btw... thick , good thick.
chest also thick and meaty.... hgh written all over it!!!!!
also low dose test, and some other anabolics.

a dude in his 50's will never look like this natural, NEVER EVER EVER!!!
test levels @ 50 are very low
hgh levels @ 50 are very low
that means low anabolism...... this guy is on a very decent trt/hrt program...

even with drugs, dude looks good, why be embarresed to say yes i use hgh , yes i use test....

This was his 7 week progress report after following Dr. Darden's training advices.

"After 7 weeks of training, Ray Carona has gained significant size on his arms. His right arm now measures 16-3/8" and his left is 16-1/4".

Ray Carona and his wife, Georgie, visited me on May 13th. Just as I suspected, Ray had added to his exercises and subtracted from his recovery time.

Still, he managed to build 5 (actually 4.88) pounds of muscle. His percentage of body fat dropped from 8.9 to 7.5, as his body weight rose from 184 to 186.5 pounds.

Furthermore, after 7 weeks, Ray's upper arms increased by 7/16" (right) and 5/8" (left), and his forearms by 5/8" right) and 1/2" (left)."

So after 7 weeks, his bodyfat went down from 8.9% to 7.5%, and bodyweight went up from 184 to 186.5, and his arms went up 7/16" (right) and 5/8" (left).

According to Darden Viator was clean during the Colorado experiment where he gained 63 pounds of muscle in 30 days.  ::)

I`m not saying this guy`s natural, but a buddy of mine years ago,asked me to write him up a diet for a contest he was thinking of doing (his first one ever),after following the diet for 16 weeks he looked incredible..........neve r took any juice,incredibly thick pecs,great quads,abs/intercostals,arms..........needed more delt roundness,and calves, but kicked a lot of ass in natty shows.

What made him look so good is over 20 years of consistant training, eating right, and living clean!!

It`s not an imposibilty for this guy to be clean at all.

Not everybody uses gear, and some are genetically blessed and totally dedicated.
