In 2002 or so, Misc.fitness.weights was dying, someone mentioned Nichols's Muscle Mayhem, I lurked there for like 2 weeks. During that time, Tom Prince had a flame war with someone from this board, I wandered over to see the Getbig side of the story, and decided to stay. This is the best of the big boards in terms of fairness, etc.....

I remember clearly, it was a warm sunny day in the late after noon with birds chirping and children playing

I signed in to ergolog and read

"400lbs bodybuilder found dead at 32"

sources led to "getbig american bodybuilding"

the rest is history

thats how I first heard about it too...Kamali was in a wild rant about how the people on the internet were lying about him and about how he was going to sue them for slander and defamation.....I had never heard of Getbig at that time and didn't know what he was talking about..

then one day in 2006 I was looking for ways to build more muscle in the gym and I typed into the search engine "get big" and this site came up.....I joined the forum looking for bodybuilding info and over 5000 posts later, the rest of history....

I first heard getbig when I read Nasser El Sonbaty's infamous interviews on bodybuilding.com, in 2009.

He first mentions getbig before he unleashed a brutal torrent of accusations (proven and not) an insinuations regarding Milos Sarcev. Apparently Milos wrote something on getbig that irked Nasser.

He mentions getbig again and specifically poster England-1, who I believe has stopped posting, and specifically his adoration of Dorian Yates.

Finally, he mentions getbig a third time when talking about all the losers here who look like shit, can't train for a month straight and especially some delusional guy who thought he could become the first natural IFBB pro. Also, how Ron used to merge threads from the legendary "Team NasseR" and even delete others.

was doing research about hghona and joining different boards... including pm, outlaw... basically outlaw was the breaking point... after that discovered pm and then somehow gh15 came up  :D thought first this fella is nuts... some Chinese crazy man talking about hgh with this accent but then after couple more weeks on pm I was dragged here again.........

antother good getbiger,, very intresting charcter,, soem fellas when leave getbig make a big impact,, i was just thinking abotu onlyme few days ago and i kind of mised him ,, soem fellas just have it ,, eventhough i fought with him about many things i just miss his personality,, same for wiggs good fella major part of thunderdome
