great job but whats with all the "sugar" and "sugary" stuff?
i find it superior for mental energy to not get lethargic like on the job if im getting tired.
Alot of times when i have a house to work up and im in my vehicle i find that nothing works better to get me motivated to work at the start of my day than a nice ginger ale soda. then ill have another one 2-3 hours later along with a cliff energy bar (forgot to mention that in the above post)
still very relatively low calories. i dont expect to keep losing at this rate, i just want to be healthy i dont care about being ripped .
but i do have some stretch marks near the side of the lower back on the hips because at 295 i seem to put alot of weight on the lower back area but thankfully i dont have any lose skin just some marks that look like cat scratches
