i was in a movie but the producer died i posted the clip from youtube "children of the hunt" ive posted a few preiviews of the movie i was in

this was about the same time i went vegetarian. when i had the flesh eating thing on my arm. possibly it got the producer and he died from it...as for me i thought i was going to die but then went to vegetarian eating then it got all better

fairly rapidly over a few months.

heres what i did

cut out the fruit juices and replaced them with sugary whole fruits ( dates, raisons are my favorite, followed by some whole pomegrante)

no animal fats no cheeses , only dairy is one cup of 2 percent milk for cereal

i drink about 4 sugar cane sodas a day

i take vitamin c once a day take more than once a day and not more than 500 mg's each time

i have one large bean and rice meal


1 peanutbutter sandwich with perserves

sometimes a handful of cashews sometimes not

every now and then eat some yams

sometimes a bowl of cereal or yogurt instead like yoplait orange cream switch to greek yogurt, more protein less sugar
somedays i dont have the beans and rice and substitute it for a soy riblet and put it on a bun tastes just like barbecue ribs but virtually no fat

havent had a pizza or iceream in months! that is the key . virtually no alcohol either *this doesnt matter much* just some wine once in a while daily red wine  consumption is extremely healthy

I generally agree with the almighty one, gh15.  For Daddywaddy's height, he's so far beyond the rest of the pack it isn't even funny.  Look at the pec development on that fucker!

I would truly like to see Johnny go all-out for just one year and take everything gh15 prescribes.  He might not completely shame Ferrigno in the end, but I reckon he'd come pretty fucking close to those dimensions.

Consider it, my fellow North Carolinian friend.  You could put all manner of tiny tits (including me, regrettably  ) to utter shame with the proper gH15 protocol and, well ... any decent training routine

Thats interesting. I am 22 and if I really have to cut I have to make sure I get enough of fat everyday, usually from bacon, eggs, cheese and maybe a pizza on the weekend. Otherwise I have these horrible hunger pangs that don't go away even if I have a protein shake.

And if you keep eating like that, in 10 yrs your cholesterol level will be high as shit, and you'll have more plaque in your arteries than Fat Albert...
