This guy is supposedly all natural (gimmick anyway but WTF),he could make nice gains on a D-Bol cycle only as his first cycle.

You guys kill me advising a total natty to use huge dosages and GH his first time out.

Get a clue and stop parroting Gh15....he talks about advanced bodybuilders only doing huge amounts.

these are not huge dosages, and dbol alone will gain some muscle, but mostly water. he will look good, then shrink down considerably post cycle which will mess with him mentally, bad advice. i am not parroting anyone, if you want huge results, you won't get it with 1 single dbol only cycle for a few weeks. i did the whole "low dose only, tren pre-contest only, dbol low dose maybe twice a year, etc." you know where it got me? not very fuckin far. i increased my doses and changed the way i layout my cycles because of some top national guys i talk to, not gh15. low and behold, i've gained 13lbs in the last 6 weeks, blood pressure is 182/76, cholesterol is fine, triglycerides are fine, etc. monitor everything and as long as you don't have any health issues you're not aware of, you'll make big jumps in progress and keep your health in tact.

Tren = perfect for first cycle. I did the whole bullshit steroid boarding 500 mg test-e/week with dbol. Bloated me up and made me fatter. Wish I'd started with tren tbh.

you don't need it all, you can see results on far less, but what you are wanting to do, this is what you need to do that. people think they will run a test only cycle and blow up, then they gain 20lbs in those 3 months, come off and do pct, lose some water weight and more muscle, and don't really look a hell of a lot bigger than when they started. if you want the "holy shit bro! what the hell happened to you in the last 3 months!? you're huge and ripped!" comments, then this will do it. Your strength will skyrocket as well. this isn't a source board, so i can't say where to get anything  :-X

like i said, i have tried that. for the past 4yrs i've cruised on 250/wk for about half of the year, bulked on 40mg dbol and 600mg test for a few months, then did my contest prep cycle. my results were far from spectacular. now i've only recently increased my dosages after talking to many top national guys, i'm talking only about 6 weeks ago. i've made more progress in these last 6 weeks, than i have in the past year, no lie. i know it's not needed for a beginner, but i know what results he's looking for, and he just won't get it on 6 weeks of 30mg/day dbol.

i've come to the conclusion that 5x5 routines worked best for me (being natural) probably because it's not a lot of volume but pretty high frequency so strength responds to it


would i keep doing a routine like this and keep piling on the weights or do you need to train the "milos way" if you want to get the most out of these juices?


(milos way = training like a "bodybuilder" not a brute strength man)

this is exactly what i mean. you see those videos online with the 21 and 2yr old guys who are just freaks of nature. they did not get there using some dbol and a little test a few months out of the year. in all honesty, it depends on your goals and what you want to do exactly. for me, i'm a light heavyweight and will be going to nationals in 2012, so i need to BLAST when I blast, not just try to get the most out of small doses, because it just DOES NOT WORK. if you want to just look massive and absolutely insane compared to everyone else around you, you NEED to go all out, period. if that is not your goal, and you just want to gain slowly but surely over time, then by all means do your thing. i have nothing at all against anyone who uses small doses, anyone who's TRULY natural, etc, if you're doing what you know needs to be done to meet YOUR goals, then i respect you and support you 100%. for where i want to take my physique, this is what i need to do.

well to be perfectly honest I want to be a huge powerful muscular guy like anyone on this site


feel scammed about the whole natural thing, everything i've been told was a lie

and worst of all i feel like all the unrelenting efforts i put into the gym were a big waste of energy and time

so one of these days i hope to make my mind up about this steroid thing and when i do i want to jump right on a 100% super results program not some bogus pussy one to waste even more time and energy

for me, i am naturally an ectomorph. it is very hard for me to put on muscle, but it's easier than hell to stay lean. now, i don't know what your body type is, but for me, drop sets work better than anything else for nice and steady strength gains, insane pumps, and growth. i've trie hiit, dc training, high volume, low volume, high frequency, low freq, etc. for me, i drop set everything. for example, i'll deadlift 465x10, strip the weight down to 405, then rep it out as many times as i can with no rest other than the time it takes to strip off the weight, then i'll drop it down again to 365 and do the same thing. i do that for every exercise. i do 3 exercises per body part and 3 sets per body part, now i do have some lagging parts i'm trying to bring up, so i do 4 to 5 sets for those and use some different techniques. but you get the jist of it...you also want to use PERFECT fprm on EVERY exercise. if you cannot lift the weight properly with no swinging, bouncing, lack of a full range of motion, etc, then you're lifting too much weight. you should be able to feel the muscle contract and squeeze VERY hard, you should almost literally be able to feel the fibers. it's hard to explain, but once you do it right, you'll know.

my first cycle was tren + deca + little bit winstrol tabs+ little bit of test  ..

i didn't know anything about AAS back then i just took anything

best cycle though..... i loved it  ;D

honestly...yes.

I started my first cycle ever about 8 weeks ago...i did what its supposed to do "use just one compound" "use test, 500mg is good enough"...honestly if i had to advise newbz id say jump on a real cycle.

500mg test is not a cycle its bs its cruise type hormonization.

I added 500eq 2 weeks ago in hopes EQ does something. If still nothing ill just double the test and the EQ (or add a 3rd compound)

big and strong is what i want big and strong

for that it would take a lot of drugs i think for your goals any basic cycle would be great you have the perfect base to blow up your lean and strong. You will be so glad you did. I think thats one reason I get on these boards so much I can give a fuck less about bodybuilding and powerliftting but steroids changed my life night an day.

lol purenaturalstrength may be nutty and not have women skills but he is well built for a natural considering he is very lean thats a hell of an advatage. I think he has one of the better bases to start i have seen.
