Pound for pound, Derek Farnsworth is one of the strongest competitors in the bodybuilding world. Yesterday, for charity (the 1736 Family Crisis Center), the 176 pound Derek went up to 585 pounds, in an incredible show of strength that had over 100 people in the guy shouting and clapping their hands for a good cause.
