no doubt he's in good condition but whereas he used to look like Mr O material he now looks like some kind of creature. The face is just scary.

In an interview with Palumbo, said he hadn't trained for 8 yrs and just started training 1 yr ago. If this is the case he either has great muscle memory OR seriously juiced hard

Both, muscle memory is a wonderful thing you can build it back very quickly. I'm talking weeks, not a year. Look at Levrone. Yes you might not be 100% like Levrone was in the later years but he and Roland are close.
