Aiming for a new max of 20+ reps
« on: December 13, 2011, 10:23:33 PM »
I've been kinda bored lately so I've decided to set a new goal pressing 150lb dumbbells on the flat bench.  Over 20 clean controlled reps is what I'm shooting for.  Wish my luck my BROTHERS OF DA IRON!

I can not do this.  I've never tried 225 for reps either but I'm beginning to get curious so I'll prob end up trying it.

Those lifts were posted years ago the bench is the only one updated.  Having chronic lower back strains and pains I guy deadlift or heavy squat.  I heavy leg press light squat extensions legs curls and about 10 set of walking lunges.  At one point my dead was at 600 not sure where the 515 came from'
