How much do you bench?
Do you take creatine?
Wanna fight?

i love rap music, like everything in life, it's a matter of taste

I could lift that you fucking pussy, your neck is not iron. Not even close.

actually back then i called myself ironneck cause i thought neck would be "nacken" but "nacken" is traps in english
and that would be cause my traps were always goldberg like huge

Ironneck I appoligize if this has been dealt with in the past pages.

BUT! Your style of deadlifting is horrible, mate. your starting position is wrong, your "explode so the arms rip off of your body staying attached to the bar" way of lifting it off the ground is just wrong man.

firm positioning, ass DOWN! head UP!

Other than that, atleast you had the courage to try it ;D

Actually his ass is probably too low. If he rounded his upper back a bit more and used less legs he probably could get it. Quite easily. He's pretty much doing a squat which is super hard to do when the weight is on the ground and not across your shoulders.

I think his issue is more of a form issue then a strength issue since he did get it off of the ground. Now I cant see it from the side but it also looks like his body is in front of the bar. Which also is hurting him a bit.

theres no one "right" way to pull deadlifts, Louie Simmons even said "the best deadlifters ive seen had the worst "form", look at a guy like Vince Anello, he pulled 800 at 198 almost completely stiff legged, Poundstones "form" is fine for his body.

theres really not much wrong with your form, if you feel comfortable with the way youre pulling and it doesnt strain your back keep pulling that way, try experimenting with squatting down more and driving your feet into the floor more, the way you will know if it works for you is if you instantly add lbs. to your lift, they way you pull i'd suggest using squats, stiff legged deads and deficit pulls as accessory work.

pretty good numbers, aim for 5 reps with 5 plates and you will have 6, good luck

That's true, Bob Peoples, Don Cudny, Doyle Kenady, Kuc, Cole, Frenn, Konstantin Konstantinovs, Eisman, Terry Todd,  Bill Kazmaier, Lamar Gant,  Jouko Ahola, Bill Gaynor, etc...... all had different Deadlifting styles than the accepted norm(especially roundbacking), and all pulled bigger numbers.

Try to learn accepted form, but at the end of the day, use what feels best.
