from what i can see .... those guys needed to have a 45 plate on each side and getting at least half ROM
i think that would yield better results.. but a lot of guys arent honest in their training

I used to own a couple animial universal shirts, wore them at the gym maybe 2 or 3 times 3 years ago and felt like an idiot, that after that i wore them inside out always until they went into the trash (got shirts for free when i bought animal pak multi vitamins)

i would feel like an asswhip filming a shitty workout while an Ifbb pro was in the weight room.

I have a friend that likes to film everything on his cellphone and he went to the gym with me once and he started his filming shit and i told him turn that shit off or your working out on your own bud, he know i wasn't fucking around he still took a pic here and there to post on Facebook but no videos, just seems too douchbaggish
