Sounds pretty similar indeed. "Stilla natt, heliga natt" is in Dutch "Stille nacht, heilige nacht".
Recently I've heard a Santa Lucia choir, since I work for a Swedish company. After a few songs most of us were pretty bored, haha

On a side note, that singing muppet ended with "gelukkig nieuwjaar, happy new year", prob not realising that he wished the same thing twice  ;D
