Even though Air Jordan's is mainly a black thing, skin color is meaningless here.  Pay close attention to how the people are acting in this video.  Also, you need to watch the vids with the Black Friday mob shoppers trampling all over people to buy a $20 item that they don't really need.  When the financial system collapes and the welfare, unemployment and SS checks stop... how will they act then?     Forget about sneakers and imagine the food and water is all gone.

That nostalgic effect can be extremely powerful, there are people in there 70's and 80's who dish out thousands of dollars on stuff to take them back to their childhood.

Actually we were always pretty far behind the 8 ball financially so I basically got lucky by seeing a newer looking pair in a thrift store when I was 11 and I think my last pair of Jordan's was a Christmas present or something a year later. I remember checking to see how much higher I could jump with them as soon as I put them on. haha
