Ok so I thought it would be a good idea to start this thread about how we have our own methods of combating the side effects caused by gear, and other things we take to help our progression in bodybuilding.
1. Anxiety
Xanax or efexor xl work very well, Xanax are supposedly addictive though
2. Cholesterol
One guy here uses niacin each night, I use lecithin granules in my food twice a day and cholesterol is ideal
3. Eating more
Marijuana is used by many pros but a lot of us have fulltime jobs and can't go around stoned 24\7, gh15 recommends digestive enzymes with each meal and I like pineapple with each meal
4. Liver protection
Milk thistle as far as I know is most people's choice
5. Kidney protection
I dunno, I'd like some insight here
6. Low sex drive
Proviron at 100mg a day will sort this out
7. Spots
Never get them myself but light spots could be solved by sunbed use, heavy spot problems might take roactane

Xanax is a nasty drug not to be messed with- especially if you dont have the actual indications its meant for. You are absolutely nutso taking something like that to "combat sides".. you will rewire your brain permanently.
Milk Thistle has NEVER been proven to do shit. The only sites that make claims it is useful are naturapathy sites. Proper studies have concluded its completely useless.
marijuana might make u hungry, but it robs u of discipline and makes u think u are trying harder than u are. its another drug that will rewire your brain permanently.
if you resort to
roaccutane then u are also completely bonkers. That shit is responsible for suicide in some users. Mix that up with the dope and the xanax and the hormones and u are dicing with disaster.
It blows me away how simple people put 1 and 1 together and come up with 5. err, derrr, xanax is good for anxiety so lets take it...fuckn dumb asses. if it were that simple then doctors wouldnt need 8+ years of study to understand the complexities.
