also dietarily, minimize simple carbs + saturated fats, and consume plenty of EFA's/fish oils.
3. Eating more
Marijuana is used by many pros but a lot of us have fulltime jobs and can't go around stoned 24\7, gh15 recommends digestive enzymes with each meal and I like pineapple with each meal
kiwi also contains digestive enzymes. mix it up.

Milk thistle as far as I know is most people's choice
