Ben Pakulski - Getting ready for 2012

Steven,

He has impressive legs.  Try to bring up his forearms a bit and see about getting him dry come show time.

For a better analysis, try to possibly post some nude pictures of him for us to better assess his muscle tie-ins at the quad-crotch insertion points.

Other than that, keep up the good work..

I know a thing or two about giant sets...

Last week we did 40 sets for legs in 1 hour almost non stop...so let me tell u something...u need somebody who push u...

Name one pro who had success with that crap? The only guy who was pushing that crap was Milos, and all of his "athletes" have failed miserably.

sick legs..if he gets upper body inline with his legs he will be a good pro,,dude gets in good shape and physique has good shape as well.

I just said it was a tough training style..I have no clue who else uses it,except for John Defendis and Steve Michalik but that was eons ago.

You can get in great shape using Giant-Sets though.

 Why would you do that when his legs  already overpower his upper body  ???

Whats the point -reason behind giant sets?? you're talking milos style giant sets??
