Lets hear the diet bro!
Wiggs, my protein sources have been the usual: egg whites, fish, beef, etc...
Carbs: Ice Cream, Pop Tarts, Nutrigrain Bars, Pineapple Juice, and the occasional bowl of oatmeal... Legititmately, like a box of Nutrigrains a day, 4-6 pop tarts, and ice cream... I was eating christmas cookies that my step mother made over the holidays and pretty much whatever else I can get my hands on. It's been bad the last few weeks lol, but each week I've been looking at the photos, and boom, leaner and leaner lol. Kigtropin!
