Wiggs, my protein sources have been the usual: egg whites, fish, beef, etc...

Carbs: Ice Cream, Pop Tarts, Nutrigrain Bars, Pineapple Juice, and the occasional bowl of oatmeal... Legititmately, like a box of Nutrigrains a day, 4-6 pop tarts, and ice cream... I was eating christmas cookies that my step mother made over the holidays and pretty much whatever else I can get my hands on.  It's been bad the last few weeks lol, but each week I've been looking at the photos, and boom, leaner and leaner lol.  Kigtropin!

I started running 20 iu's close to 3 weeks ago.  If I posted my current offseason diet, I don't know if some of you would believe me, but I continue to get leaner and fuller.  This stuff is pharm grade, end of story.

From what I've read it would be more beneficial to pin it in the afternoon rather than before bed...natural GH levels are at their highest before sleeping.
