is twice a day ok?

I would say once a day is ok,  2 times occasionally, maybe 3 on a day off if your bored,  But more than that and u may want to get some help

well if your on a decent amount of test it would be pretty hard to not masterbate pretty often imo. It would be hard for masterbation to affect your social life unless you had a serious issue or took your time lol which is an issue in itself.
