I used to take powders but switched to whole foods about 2 years ago and am never going back. It seems more logical to eat the food, a chicken breast is a chicken breast, no filler, no bs. Protein powder, despite the nutritional info leaves you wondering what your getting. I wouldn't doubt that companies underdose it and use mainly filler. Plus most powders give you gas and leave you bloated, probably because your body is trying to figure out what the fuck you just fed it. Eggs, tuna, milk, oats; all very cheap plus you know what you're getting, so there shouldn't be any reason to substitute.
