BTW the "anabolic window" is shown to last alot longer than 1 hr.. its 24 hr's + , and the longer you wait to more anabloic the response from your body will be.. more insulin released ect...

I use my own eggwhites seperated from whole eggs...eat at least 20 per day before a contest,plus other foods of course.

I`d go broke in a heartbeat if I bought liquid eggwhites all the time though I do wish I could afford to do it.

there are plces you can get egwhites for 3 dollaors for 16 oz catrons ,, this is realy cheap,, walmart in americnaa wil lhave them around 3-4 dolaros,,

this and hormones ,, thats where your money should go ,, trust me you will SAVE in the end of the day ,, just avoid thisd stupid bcaa and multi vitamin crap and glutamine lol and creatine lol and mega force 45028 and balonie protien popsicles ,, avoid it all ,, avoid the stoupid shirts you buy for the gymnasium with saying on them ...buy what you need,, wear tank top later ...if you have muscle a simple tank top wil do all the talk for you

Like I said,a buy a case of whole eggs-20 dozen at a time,and simply seperate the whites from the yolks.........works great, and I`ve been doing it so long that I`m super-fast at it!  :)

also a thing about multi vitamins.. i heard your body cannot absorb the vitamins in them.. only minerals.. so you should jsut eat your veggies and fruits and eggs to get the micronutrients yall need

Tuna is damn cheap too and you don't gotta cook it. Cottage cheese is good to and not expensive. Why you only eat egg whites and tilapia?

who cook the fucking eggs? you fucin open the damn carton and drink the all damn thing,, i drive gymnasium for years on the way 32 oz into my belly the all damn thing,, who cook it ? already pasturized ,, also i would drink regular eggwhites seperated by myself..for years i think i did it 10 years straight not even once! did i get salmonila,, it is all balonie

too much colesterol,, i belive and matarza may not like it  ,, but i believe  his problems was from not only beef but also from the whole eggs ,, you need to have limit for whole eggs ,, the coloestrol of many whole eggs and the hormones we are on ....not a good thing ,, it can bring to heart attack in the late 30s...

again you need to realy abuse it and eat tons of them but still ,, i dont think its good idea to eat many whole eggs,, much better eggwhites in the crton

Bro,I eat tons of whole eggs.........the best protein souce there is bar none.

I only eat those eggwhites during contest preperation.

Whole egg- 70 calories
eggwhite-17 calories

Eggwhites are the shit for dieting off excess bodyfat,whole eggs are great at building muscle.

Actually I use both at various times during whatever phase I`m into at the time.

How about adding some liquid stevia on them. I find them to salty. I hate salty taste.

16 oz of egg whites and a small can of pineapple mix in a blender. Maybe throw in a banana. For the lactose tolerant people throw in some ice cream. You'll never want go near another protein powder again.

Protein powder is a suplement,supplements are mean`t to supplement a whole food diet,not the other way around so do not take in 5 shakes with two meals,take in 5 meals with two shakes if you must use powder for any reason.

I used to have a shake with dextrose right after training for many years,changed it to chicken and rice......no fucking difference whatsover in mass,strength,or size.

A lot of companies buy their protein from the same one big manufacturer and simply put on their own labels so most of the shit is the same stuff even though you pay a shitload more for some brands as opposed to others,still the exact same protein powder.....notice I said most of the brands not all of them.

Always mix powder with water,nothing else.....this is what sometimes causes digestive issues.

Personaly,I know for a fact that eating whole food has more benefits than powder but I still use it twice a day........I train early so my appetite sucks at 6-7 AM so I use a shake,same thing post-workout,but they are not necessary at all.

Protein is not all the same............lots of factors, such as protein efficiency ratio,bioavailability,amino acid content,complete or incomplete,length of digestion time,etc. etc.

As far as bloating and/or holding water goes,who gives a fuck unless you are training for a contest.

Bottome line,powders are great for convienience,but whole food is far far better.

Regarding the so called "30 minute window of opportunity"...........Arnold and those guys just ate whenever they were hungry,making sure to get in 5-6 meals per day, but they were not immediately following a workout or spaced out at 3 hour intervals.

After they trained,they`d eat solid food......steak,eggs,cottage cheese,etc.,but if more than 30 minutes passed they didn`t turn into a fucking pumpkin!!  ;D





We agree on everything, I would never use one of the commercial brands myself. I had medical grade whey isolate. When I say protein is protein, I mean that in the big scheme of things, it really doesn't matter one bit. Of course there are differences but you will not see it on your physique. Again provided you're not using something that creates a reaction to who knows what  :D

farts go away after few months,, but farts usualy come from too much food period,, bodybuild not need to eat load upon load,, notice how we eat almost nothing and come on stage 250 lb lol IT IS THE HORMONES WHO GET US LARGE AND LEAN the nutrition is only as much as we need,, never eat over ,, never over eat ,, all thoe fellas who sit next to table and eayt all the time lol notie they are all 180 lb 10% lol they never grow lol  unless on hormones!

I eat 6 times a day,but not crazy ass amounts of food.

NO GH for me so I don`t want to build fat,just maintain or gain muscle.

Once your body gets used to the eggwhites,no more gassy bloat...............take s a little time though.

be careful it dont foam on you ,, moment eggwhite foam you will never finish the thing,, foam is the major reason fellas dont like eggwhites because it is imposible to drink,, eggwhitees ned to be drink direct,, if in blender maybe 1 second mix and i mean it 1 second a quick shake with as least foam as posible

Good to know. I'm the worse eater ever. Im only hungry once maybe twice a day and not for huge portions. If i can drink much better.

Yes. Although we don't have liquid egg whites in Belgium haha. The whey isolate I used was cheaper than chicken, meat etc. That was the only reason I used it. Tinned tuna was a bit cheaper but that's just too gross!

same thing body doesnt know diff,, you can eat or drink same exact thing,, i tried both for many years,, same thing,, only diff one single diff is....you will have to drink more frequantly for this is liquid....so insted of eating every 3-4 hours..you wil have to do it every 2 maybe 3  hours..but thats about it

best ghing is few chewable meals and couple drinkabale meals but NO PROTIEN POWDER FROM THE GNCS OF THE WORLD

Heard this as well but I wouldn't believe it if I were you. Unless of course once again these vitamin pills do not contain actual vitamins LOL
