What is the best natural Migraine medication?
is this another philosophical question on the essence of nature? similar to the previous question? i assume im right and i intend to answer in the fashion i prescribe based on my interpretation of your somewhat nebulous question.
the use of the word medication is somewhat confusing, usually herbs are natural medictions per se and pharmaceuticals are called medications, thus they are in fact artificial ie not occuring in nature per the definition. Thus in the way you put the question you have created a self defeating question, which begs me to correct it and rephrase the question to mean naturally occuring in nature medications for the condition called a migraine. You also used the singular word medication insted of medications and thus i cannot definitively say one is better then the others, thus i plead no contest to your question as posed.
now to answer my question.
i would suggest butterbur, riboflavin and magnesium citrate along with avoiding triggers. If you wanted something acutely and not prophylactic in nature like the former things listed then kava kava in root form from vanauatu would be good.
avoiding triggers like caffeine etc would be good as well. but then we say is it caffeine anhydrous which is artificial and thus excluded from an answer position, or caffeine occuring in coffee? then manufacturing practices might be worth discussing as we tease apart this discussion and peel the layers of the onion that is nature.
