Branch Warren is competing in the IFBB Australian Pro Grand Prix XII. Branch is the current Arnold Classic Champion and the world's most popular bodybuilder. This is his first appearance in Melbourne and will follow the 2012 Arnold Classic, where he will defend his title! Branch will appear at the Nutrition Systems mega stand for MuscleTech, he will also be holding an exclusive seminar at FitX. Check back for more details.

His build isn't any shittier than anyone elses. They all have their issues. The biggest problem I have with branch is that that damn lat he tore is so noticable. When he shows up dialed in, no one is as hard or grainy. you guys always post those offseason pics of him being all bloofy and shit, but who cares what he looks like then? Some people get smoother to get bigger. Seems to be working for branch so how can you argue with it? And this isn't even really up for debate, as he is one of a few guys actually making money with this sport.

SUB 6 % you got that right,, this is mid singles bodyfat

Yes, his build is shittier than a lot of others. His build is nothing like Dexter jacksons, or other guys with better aesthetics.

i wondering how is quads are going to look. in the video with him training with jj his upper body looks thicker then ever. i maybe in the minority here but i like branch's physique. he comes in conditioned thats for sure

But ...

The guy has a LOT of muscle, and comes in razor sharp. You gotta give the guy credit. He also seems like a straight up no BS type of guy. He could train smarter and drop the whole neanderthal attitude in the gym though. Just my 2 cents

i really believe that is how he trains..he was taught that IMO. most of the guys at metroflex seem to train like that..i guess it works for him
