Vic forgot that he's lived in NYC for a better part of his life, has a NYC accent, yet claims that he is Dominican Republic citizen...Vic had apparently a reup on some documents---they are good for 10 yrs, and decided not to do it when going overseas to India...documents expired at that point, Vic gets popped...


You see this is a common thing amongst criminals or people who hang with them, or people with seedy issues and shady pasts...they NEVER think about taking care of essentials, and they always get popped for the stupidest things

ex, not turning your headlights on when it's dark (or setting them to auto), get pulled over for 25 kilos of cocaine...

what i do not get.... you do not get detained so long for visa issues... that is ridiculous....
he got arrested when trying to enter USA... when your visa is not in order, they refuse you to enter and deport you..... max 1 or 2 nights in detention.
or is it different in the USA???
