It takes Taylor a couple of hours to do a small routine and then as he says,he doesn`t go to failure.
That`s just one of his problems,then there`s an obvious sloppy diet,and no cardio.........3 things you cannot have if you want to look halfway decent.
Tbomzs is cool with me and I`m not trying to offend him,but he should switch things up and see what happens.
He has nothing to lose but excess bodyfat and hopefully excess bodyhair!!
