people with big bone structures are way stronger and the bigger the stronger. in the past there have been reports on tall people in aboriginal areas doing some crazy feats of strength. Artifacts found in Archaeology include 90 pound axes that have been actually used to cut down trees and spearheads in excess 0f 14 pound when the average is only 2 -3 pounds, and graves found of men that are ten feet tall with 150 pound coat of arms (*chain coat). One of the emperors of Rome was 9 feet tall, drank 5 liters of wine and eat 20 pounds of meat daily and could lift a 1000 pound stone off the ground relatively easy, not sure how much of this is exaggerated but if true these men would smash through 600 bench for ten with proper training to do so.
Imagine the possibilities if these guys got on a good course of gear ?

A lot of the WWF wrestlers came to our gym back in the 80`s......Ted Arcidi was doing skullcrushers with 3 plates a side with ease........gave a kid $100.00 tip just to go get him a sub and a milkshake. down the street.Black Jack Mulligan,Virgil,Ted Dibiasi and a bunch of other guys looked huge until Jeff King and his training partners showed up......they looked tiny by comparison.........maybe not tiny,but just our of place next to these guys.
