I've used the good old "are you sugessting ***** loves the cock?" and "gayer than..." However they don't sound so funny IRL  

I have to disagree; "gayer than..." always gets a good laugh.

I was speaking to a young lady at work and told her that her supervisor was gayer than "natural" bodybuilding.  She spit up her coffee.
