this is Le Me 177cm 90 kg 20% BF ( at least an electronic thing at the pharmacy said that) before taking anything! eating only 1800-2000kcal not worrying bout protein amount etc just trying to eat protein and carbs every meal

i know people who only use low dosage testo and make good gains

but sev and others convinced me, im going over to 500mg, but then again there are other guys who say 250 is enough to make good gains

stop worrying so much about the drugs, juist use what you can get your hands on, eat and lift, at your age you'll get big no matter what.

Start at 500 bro...check my previous posts as to why you should do this.

You`ve been clean for a long time and did one previous small cycle........why waste money when you will make damn good gains on 500 to start?

another important question to you guys!

should i wait with trying to drop fat? or can i gain some good amount of muscles while being on low calories? better to eat a bit more and wait with getting ripped after the cycle?

You can build muscle right away,eat fairly clean,have cheat meals,keep protein high,do a bit of cardio,diet at a later date.......now is the time to build.

i guess it depends on priorities and goals, doesn't matter which way really.

i would cut down first because being fat and then having a lot of water weight makes you look horrible. easier to get stretch marks and more bodyfat means higher estrogen conversion

He could do that also,but when I prep for a contest,I just eat clean,do cardio,and I still gain size.

Either way is right.

goddamn dude stop worrying about "building muscle", just lift heavy ass weights, go out with girls, eat a lot of good food, take the "supplements" youre gonna take and relax, you'll be big enough.

im not worrying brother of iron, just trying to gain knowledge about it, of course im still going out etc

wes, my needles are bit over one inch, 3cm, good then i can use them, i worried that they are too short but need to get thicker ones, it took look to inject cause they are so thin

ya, but he should be running more than 250mg. he can definitely gain off 250mg but, like you said 500mg is a good cycle.

also, problem with that approach is that it requires cardio and eating clean. us new-age bodybuilders don't do cardio or eat clean. eating clean for me is opting for a diet soda with my happy meal.

I personally wouldn`t go over 1 1/2 inches but that`s just me............they`ll be fine.

3ml is the best I can do......reading it off a pic of a syringe,I think it = 3cc`s.
