yea this is what i was thinking too.. for now i wanna first bulk up over 8 months then cut down to 190 then slowly bulk up and if i do start start at low BF%
Dude, you did not listen.
FUCK the bulking up when you're natural, will only make you fat. CUT the fat you have now, if you are 15%, cut down to 10-12%, that's a good level for a natural for not losing muscle when you don't eat right for 3 hours and will look much better than 15%.
Stay at low bf and when you have finished college, go on the first and last cycle of you life.
