Actually, only a couple of friends of mine are 'on.'

I know plenty of guys in the gym who claim natty but are not.  However, bodybuilding isn't a place for making friends if you ask me.  aquaintances, sure.  Training partners and guys you see every so often at comps, sure, but friends?  No.  I have 2 friends who bodybuild and that's it.

All of my other friends are regular people who have nothing to do with bodybuilding ...

This is the way it should be. Those who need to know ... know. The rest can go fu*k themselves.

P.S. From time to time, i get random people i hardly even say hi to - asking if on the sauce. Nobody's fuc*in business.

Maybe in your neck of the woods GH15 that 9/10 figure applies. Here (in Canada) it costs an arm and leg to get just 100 units. So i'd rather just go with AAS, than GH any day of the week. Once in a blue moon - maybe. All the time? NO!

One of my best friends and my training partner for nearly 7 years still to this day refuses to tell me he uses AAS.  He knows i don't care and i think he just doesn't want people knowing because he isn't very big and has always had a hard time gaining weight.

This one kid who wasn't very big at all told me he was on 900mg of Deca and 80mg of Dbol and he was struggling to bench 195 and he couldn't squat of 225.  I hope his shit was fake....

Both those examples speak of a shitty foundation. 20 something generation nothingness - starts off their training with juice from day one. They got nothing to fall back on.

Users like those -- have no reason to parade around telling of their AAS use - nor do they have an obligation to do so whatsoever.

See, the thing is I know 3x as many people as the average person and word will get around and I will be judged. Not to mention it is also illegal with steep punishments. My family already found out after breaking into my apt and it almost resulted in people going to jail. It's better for some people to be safe rather than sorry. In the grand scheme of things, I am just a nobody. I don't have any ties to the fitness or bodybuilding industry other than posting on an internet forum. That is why it is in my best interest to keep it to myself. Regular joes think steroids are worse than heroin and won't listen to a word I say if I tried to convince them otherwise.

I was always open about it from the beginning, but only with close friends.  Like someone just mentioned, people will use anything they can against you when the time is right.  This beautiful girl i was dating back in college lost all interest in me after my roommate told her i used steroids and smoked pot.  In the end, she was a dumb bitch anyway.

One of my best friends and my training partner for nearly 7 years still to this day refuses to tell me he uses AAS.  He knows i don't care and i think he just doesn't want people knowing because he isn't very big and has always had a hard time gaining weight.

Another good friend that i used to powerlift with just lost like 60 pounds in the last 3 months and he said it was his "thyroid" acting up...right.  Fucker has been using AAS for years and just didn't want to admit he was all drugs.

As for today, i tell everyone the truth about my past usage and i tell them the pros/cons of using steroids.  I haven't used anything in a few years, but when people ask me i tell them i used for many years in the past.  Some people act surprised, others not so much.  This one older guy i see at the gym still jokes with me about using AAS because he knew me back when i was 250+ and competing.  I'm pretty sure he knows i have been clean for years, but he still jokes with me and says "did you forget your orals today or are you just that weak?".  I've known him for about 6 years and he's been honest with me since i met him.  He's 54 and using 750mg Test EW and 4iu of GH ED.  Looks incredible for a 50 year old and he always tells me about the fountain of youth (GH).

I have found that very few people tell the REAL truth about what they use.  Most people just tell you part of what they really do.  I've met powerlifters who benched 500 for reps tell me they are on 500mg test EW and a few dbols.  Then i've had guys tell me they take 5g's of combined AAS EW and 300mg of Drol.  You just never know what someone is on.  This one kid who wasn't very big at all told me he was on 900mg of Deca and 80mg of Dbol and he was struggling to bench 195 and he couldn't squat of 225.  I hope his shit was fake....
