My two cousins weight in about 225 and the other one around 235 in high school. Both at around 6'2-6'3. Went on to both play DI-A football. Got to well over 500+ in the bench, while in college and weighted about 255 to 265 each their last year. Both were linemen. looked fairly trim in high school because of their large bone structure and having wide bodies. They also didn't like hitting the weight room that much, just did it as a matter of team training and protocol. The don't lift now.
Don't know if Viator used or not as a teenager, have no information to confirm this so don't want to spread false rumors. The actually point is that Mike C reminds me of Viator (druggie or not). At 18 he hasn't reached near his full potential in muscle size and strength.
They are probably reacting to his strength first, because 400 might seem almost impossible for some of the critic's. Maybe a lot of them can't even squat or Dl with that much, I don't know. I can understand with all the drug use today, BB'ing has become very cynical, and for good reason. And like I said above, he's only 18 so not even approaching is peak physical condition for BB'ing. The fact still remains, there are natural born strength athletes, though perhaps somewhat rare. Good Luck.
oh brother. If I had a penny for every "ex college football player" who had a friend bench 500 pounds I would be a billionare. Anyways, the kid in the video is using fake plates IMO. I have never seen a guy, his size, handling 315 on an incline like that that,,not while turning sideways chatting with his friend, and throwing the bar off his chest like it's 185

It takes a very thick son of a bitch to move that kind of weight on an incline in the manner he just did...usually very heavily muscled, 220-260 guys. yet this korean kid has a 450 plus raw bench, at a bw of under 200 pounds:

Lol...You realize 405 for 8-10 is legitimate world class strength right? And this 18 year old is not too far off it
