i have a hard time eating a lot of any ONE THING like ice cream or sweets, after awhile i lose the taste for it and it just feels nasty.

believe or not even at 250 im the same way, people think im nuts when we go to an ice cream place and i get the smallest size cup theyve got and it satisfies me.

I understand. You have to use some icecream like HD macadamia nuts. I start by scooping all the nuts and before you know there is less than 1/3 of the jub left. Finish it!
