Kind of true. I go from the hash browns and back and french toast early in the day to more sugary in the evening. I generally do about 8K on sundays.....sample of one of my days:
4 Poptarts
6 Strips Bacon
4 Whole Eggs
4 Slice Cinnamon Bread
3 Hash Brown Patties
6 Toll House (home made) Cookies
2 Butterfinger bar
1 Red Baron 4-Meat Pizza
2 Serv. Tyson Popcorn Chicken
6oz PB M&M's
6oz Plain M&M's
2 Serv Reeses PB Cup Ice Cream
1 Slice cake
1 Cupcake
I've been there done that bro, hell I would eat a whole damn pie every day. Never really got TOO fat either cause I was on drugs and training hard so I stayed at around 15% no matter how much shit I ate. Try this as a cheat meal
big ribeye steak
sweet potatoe with butter and cinamin and brown sugar
big slice of cheesecake or a lava cake with icecream
OR
2 five guy's burgers
1 pint of hagan daz icecraem
still good bodybuilding meals. For me, without the protein I never get filled up. Pizza is the worst cheat meal cause it's never just pizza lol it turns into chip's ohoy and oreos to you ransacking the fridge. And when your full you don't even enjoy it cause it wasnt quality junk food. Spend the extra $2.00 bucks and get you a GOOD slice of cheese cake or apple pie.
