If this is serious, only feel bad about it if you do it every day. I eat a whole large pizza and a gallon of ice cream about every 3-4 days on my cheat meal day.

I agree.....this is one of my cheat meals on sundays....

the key with cheat meals is to remember that your eyes are always bigger than your stomach. You will get much more satisfaction getting you a couple five guy's burgers, going to a steakhouse, eating some sushi, or  getting you a slice of carrot cake from a high quality bakery,  than ransacking the fridge and mixing cookies meatball with pizza lol yuck. Fuck I rememeber I used to go from jar of peanut butter to ice cream to oreos to seas candy just destroying the kitchen it was awful

I love Pizza, I make a beautiful Vegetarian Pizza, with all my favorites : Mushroom, Spanish onions, garlic, red & green capsicum, home grown chilli tasty cheese etc. HHHMM I am going to have Pizza tonight, as much as I fucking well want, because I fucking CAN!

Couldn't stop bro.. It's pretty much my vice, one I start I can't put the damn thing down lol... I'll eat half the jar, then put it away, then 5 mins later, get up and eat more... terrible lol

You have to admit though, PB is pretty delicious  :D

every once in a while i like to do the "one spoon of PB, one spoon of jelly" thing straight out of both jars but i usually stop after about 10 spoonfuls each. ;D

Or a jar of peanuts etc. When you start "THE DIET", it all becomes that much harder. I usually break down my convo's with people who work out as if they've been below 10% or if they have not.

I tend to get one or two of those big Blue Bell Cookie Doughs. I freaking love ice cream. I like to time it before my back day.

A gallon of Blue Bell Cookie Dough ice cream is about 6000 calories(two containers like the pic below) Another 3000 or so for a large pepperoni pizza. 9k total in under an hour. And you eat like this twice a week?

I've heard some wild claims on this website but what you just said has got to be way the hell up there.

People eat pizza every day, get over yourself! If your concerned with bodyfat, just do more cardio. You wont get fat by eating a pizza from time to time anyway, you get fat by eating bad stuff over a long period of time. Balance is the key my friend, balance! Thats all you need. Pizza is not the worst thing you can eat either, and there are a lot of them who are much healthier than others. Eating ice cream is much, MUCH more unhealthy and puts on bodyfat in no time and clog up your arteries. Ive decided to not eat ice cream anymore and as a result, things are much better. I also have cut out candy as well, that stuff will fuck you up both mentally and physically especially if you eat them at night. Junkfood is my choice of option because unlike ice cream and candy, it contains real nutritions that you can benefit from. It also gives you a big boost of energy and you feel automaticly mentally and physically better, especially the next day. It also increases your strength, especially if your on a diet and you have low energy most of the week. Its a really great way to start another week of hard work as your motivation will most likely be really low after a whole week effort of dieting.

But this is just my 2 cents, take it for what its worth.
