People eat pizza every day, get over yourself! If your concerned with bodyfat, just do more cardio. You wont get fat by eating a pizza from time to time anyway, you get fat by eating bad stuff over a long period of time. Balance is the key my friend, balance! Thats all you need. Pizza is not the worst thing you can eat either, and there are a lot of them who are much healthier than others. Eating ice cream is much, MUCH more unhealthy and puts on bodyfat in no time and clog up your arteries. Ive decided to not eat ice cream anymore and as a result, things are much better. I also have cut out candy as well, that stuff will fuck you up both mentally and physically especially if you eat them at night. Junkfood is my choice of option because unlike ice cream and candy, it contains real nutritions that you can benefit from. It also gives you a big boost of energy and you feel automaticly mentally and physically better, especially the next day. It also increases your strength, especially if your on a diet and you have low energy most of the week. Its a really great way to start another week of hard work as your motivation will most likely be really low after a whole week effort of dieting.
