the key with cheat meals is to remember that your eyes are always bigger than your stomach. You will get much more satisfaction getting you a couple five guy's burgers, going to a steakhouse, eating some sushi, or getting you a slice of carrot cake from a high quality bakery, than ransacking the fridge and mixing cookies meatball with pizza lol yuck. Fuck I rememeber I used to go from jar of peanut butter to ice cream to oreos to seas candy just destroying the kitchen it was awful
Kind of true. I go from the hash browns and back and french toast early in the day to more sugary in the evening. I generally do about 8K on sundays.....sample of one of my days:
