what is it though? the coating? seems to me there might be 5-6 in the sauce MAX but the rest is protein and fat from the chicken.

highly processed carbs usually lacks vitamins and other bonus material, but other than that whats wrong with carbs? it's one of the easiest accessible energy sources compared to protein and fats.


I would chose natural carbs though.


 I think protein wears and tears on your body, it even raises body temperature.  

carbs are more like oxygen and water, clean and direct.  it's real easy on your body.

the people of Hunza Valley eats carbs, nuff said you see.

WTF, even the "healthy" fast food choices are unhealthy.

I'm trying to take in less than 50 grams of carbs per day.

It's late where I'm at and I don't feel like cooking, so I call up the pizza place (Donatos) and order their oven baked 10 piece spicy garlic chicken wings. 

On the way home I stop at Wendy's and buy a half Baja salad w/o the chilli.

I eat, then decide to look up the nutritional information online out of curiousity.

  • The salad with 2 packs of the spicy tortilla strips has 40g of carbs :'(
  • The 10 wings have 48g of carbs :'(

Now I have to go out and jog at 2:00AM in 30 degree weather. FML

Fuck fast food.

So you suggest fasting? 

Fuck that.  I'm hungry if I don't eat every 2-3 hours because I eat very small portioned meals.  I eat at 9AM and stop eating around 1AM.

It's worked for me.  Since Tuesday I've lost 9 lbs.

I also work out 5 days per week at 100% intensity (Yates/Coleman) and do about 10-15 mintues of HIIT on the tredmill 4 days per week.

if you want to eat like a normal person..

its not "fasting"

you eat everyday

you just dont have to eat often if you dont want to, if you prefer to have less frequent but larger sized meals (for most people eating that way is more filling than doing smaller more frequent meals), then you can do so.

the idea is simple..

just eat one or two or three big meals per day, whatever the fuck your craving the most, dont binge but go ahead and eat to ur fill. in addition, make sure to get 1 gram protein per lb lean body mass. whether you get that at the same time as you eat your other meal(s), or you spread it out over a bunch of small portions that you consume every few hours (along with some veggies if ya like).. dont matter.  monitor total calories for the day, if they are below maintenance youll lose fat.
