would like to hear protocols too,,,,im thinking the pros do not take 5-10 iu before workout as that is what a gymrat takes and probably doesn't do jack shit in the big scheme of things. im thinking the big guys abuse slin,,,prolly with every meal,,,,maybe a good 20 iu pre-workout at the lowest,,,,,,with a meal 1 hour before hand you might be able to get by on 80g carbs with tha 20iu,,,just training and no cardio,,,,maybe 40-50,,,if you hit he solid carbs right after training
