I used to rattle off the "benefits" of squats like a used car salesman but now I just sum it up. They're a good exercise. End of story. ;D

If people choose not to do them, it's their loss. You don't have to load up 10 plates on each side or squat nuts to the floor, but pretty much any squatting is a lot better than none at all. My legs shrink quite noticeably if I don't squat.

This testosteron increase measured did not result in increased anabolism

Tone is not a real term, and yes if you go low enough

Yes

Yes

Well, duh

Its only isometrical stimulii so not really.

I recommend squats for beginning bodybuilders, but a advance bodybuilder does not really need it.

I'm no expert on the subject, but I find squats to be a great exercise for me.  

I thought for certain that this thread would have 15 pics of various thick girls, so I'm mildly disappointed.

sprinting is more related to psoas, hamstrings, calves, and foot sole muscles than quadriceps and spinal erectors

Right, agree with Dustin- squats are good- this isn't bodybuilding.com where we analyze the befits of this and that.. they work, their useful, but not necessary per gh15... USE HORMONES!!!
