still 106 kilos... that is about 235 pounds i think... i am 6'2,5
feel great and light! maintaining this weight is easy for me, only test P and some NPP.
nice to have a break from being close to 120 kilos for years....

mma training gets ya lean....
but i have stopped, will be going back to bodybuilding.... i miss it...
waiting on some cash , and i am waiting till carnaval is done.... lol!!!

a lot of champs came from that gym.... and the gym itself was a small dungeon....

naw, wasn't a serious argument just difference in opinion, and since it's getbig a little trash talking was involved, lol.

the only real disagreement was whether var is better than primo and to be completely honest i don't think there is any single steroid that is unanimously the best because it is all so subjective and how people react to the sides or how well they individually gain off certain steroids. both var and primo are pretty similar, being mild steroids with subtle but important differences - mainly that var is less androgenic and better for a "beach body" aesthetically orientated physique. while primo makes the muscle bellies more full and gives the illusion of being bigger, which is really what professional bodybuilding is all about and why insulin and hgh have become the most important hormones of the current era.

on the issue of gains, the truth is that what steroids someone uses is really irrelevant, when diet and training are constant, the only thing that matters is total weekly MG dosages, and that includes hgh as you won't get bigger than a 70's physique without hgh and to a lesser extent slin.
