Lets say if I go on a bulk and use a gram of gear to reach my goal. In my cutting phase would I have to cut on a gram of gear still or could I get away with using half of that?
I talked to aesthetics regarding this and he hinted at solidifying gains. This means it's not the best thing to go straight from a bulk to a cut cause you end up losing a lot of what you've gained. My thoughts are that if you're using gear you'll maintain to your muscle going from bulk to cut since they are meant to preserve muscle mass. I've seen this solidifying gains mentioned before by many people and I'm curious to what your thoughts are on this.

if anything, with prepping for a show the bodybuilder uses more mg's! just different steroids as offseason....
always be somewhat lean!!! i am talking around 9 ,that will look great for every day and it will be easy to cut down to around 6..... then you still have water to lose and will be at a rockhard 5....
no sense in "bulking" you should grow lean!!! built quality!
about solidifying gains... that to is a myth....
a human body is NOT designed to be muscular and lean at the same time...
you are either big and bloofy or lean but a lot smaller.... the gains you make on steroids are not yours....
you lease a body, not buy it....!!!
when you go off, and absolutely off, go and see how much of your gains are solidified! lol!!
whe you go and use less, you will with time lose mass.... very simple..
every gram you gain on ped's you will eventually lose! may take some time, but you will lose it....
and now you will have a lot of comments of guys that are saying yeah but i have kept all of my muscle... lol...
well, no you have not.... you may weigh the same, but you will look diffrent... and usually they are not even completely off or have been off for just a couple of months....
90% of these guys are on trt/hrt anyway because they can't handle going off for real....
go off, really off... wait a year, year and a half.... lol.... see what happens!
most will not even enter a gym anymore because it's no fun....
