first: it will grow back if you stop the cycle. my hair grows back once i "come off" [drop the dosage]

second: no, if you use low dosages essentially it will allow you to keep making dry and steady gains until you get to your natural limit

well....
it's sad but.. x amount of iu's and x amount of steroids = x amount of mass...
you can not cycle light and expect to keep growing...
only so much you can do with 500 mg of test and 4 iu of hgh....
there are slight differences from person to person though....
but it works like this sadly....
mostly the hgh wich is the biggest factor in combination with slin....
5iu hgh = 220
10 iu = 230
15 iu - 240 etc etc...just an example these number but you get the idea...
offcourse steroid use increases in relation to hgh and slin use...

yeah i agree but 220 at 5% bodyfat is well above anyone's natural limit. running low dosages will make you look like a natural in appearance and will let you squeeze out a little bit more gains when otherwise you'd have plateaued but i think with serious training someone like PNS can keep making gains (when it looks like he stalled right now) and put on an extra 20pounds of muscle over years and years by using a tiny bit of gear.

but my experience is you want 20 pounds of muscle.... you need x amount of drugs....

yeah, i agree, only way to keep growing at certain point is to keep upping the dosage but that always gets confused to mean "man i'm 185 and my lifts aren't going up by 10 pounds a week anymore, i need to up the dosage to 4grams"

doesn't look like you hit your body's limit yet bro. how tall are you? there are calculators online that give you your maximum "natural" size you can achieve, for most people it's 17 inch arms and a steve reeves type of look.

people with "good genetics" really just means they respond well to low dosages of testosterone (their bodies natural production) and also weighttraining which means they hit their genetic limit easier and quicker but they won't go past it without hgh or slin.

6' or 5'11" i'm not sure

arms can't get past 15.8" so 17" arms is seriously unrealistic

i am like you though, small joints and it was impossible to hit 16 inch arms naturally. it took so much blood and sweat and with steroids it was such a joke to surpass.

My thoughts are that if you're using gear you'll maintain to your muscle going from bulk to cut since they are meant to preserve muscle mass.  I've seen this solidifying gains mentioned before by many people and I'm curious to what your thoughts are on this.

bro this whole "bulking" idea is stupid!
an excuse to get fat usually....
if anything, with prepping for a show the bodybuilder uses more mg's! just different steroids as offseason....
always be somewhat lean!!! i am talking around 9 ,that will look great for every day and it will be easy to cut down to around 6..... then you still have water to lose and will be at a rockhard 5....
no sense in "bulking" you should grow lean!!! built quality!
about solidifying gains... that to is a myth....
a human body is NOT designed to be muscular and lean at the same time...
you are either big and bloofy or lean but a lot smaller.... the gains you make on steroids are not yours....
you lease a body, not buy it....!!!
when you go off, and absolutely off, go and see how much of your gains are solidified! lol!!
whe you go and use less, you will with time lose mass.... very simple..
every gram you gain on ped's you will eventually lose! may take some time, but you will lose it....
and now you will have a lot of comments of guys that are saying yeah but i have kept all of my muscle... lol...

90% of these guys are on trt/hrt anyway because they can't handle going off for real....

Everything you said makes sense and wrt the "bulking" thing its just what I've learned to call it when not dieting and eating excess calories in order to grow. Definitely that "bloofy" look, which may not always be too much fat but feels and looks like it is. Is this "bloofy" phase and drugs necessary for someone whos not on gh? It's inevitable isn't it?

I know you'll retain water with many generic brands of gh mostly but you can grow leaner compared to someone not on gh.


So if anything what you're saying is that I'll likely need more juice to cut than I did in an off season mode..right??

Gear comes in lots of different flavours, you use them appropriate to what your goal is. If you goal is lean muscle, there's no reason you need to acquire twenty pounds of lard while gaining your ten pounds of beef. If you need to drastically "cut" after your "bulk" you've been eating too much.

You're right, enough anabolics will greatly reduce loss of muscle when dieting down. People just confuse weight gain with actual muscle gain and panic because the scales tell them they're shrinking - they're not, they're just loosing the bloof that with a bit more discipline they wouldn't have gotten in the first place. How some people manage to get fat on tren for instance is a mystery, but hey, we're all different.

This "solidifying" business is like talking about "muscle tone" - it's nonsense.  Stop confusing weight with lean mass! :)

Unless you're a competitive bodybuilder who actually has a competition season, forget about this off-season malarkey. It's a phrase the 15%bf waddlers use to try and justify their pie consumption. If you want to look better for the beach, drop the water retaining long ester stuff, use much less test overall, up the tren / mast etc. And stop eating so many pies.
