How much melatonin do you recommend?
depends from person to person. Usually more =/= better, and 10mg and up would actually worsen my insomnia.
for me 200mcg - 1gram is sweet spot but 3mg works too. With steroid induced insomnia melatonin can be useless though.
Here are my other solutions.
1. Frequent showers, sometimes one right before bedtime. Dont know how or why but I am pretty damn sure on roids, body sweat causes my system to release adrenaline or something. I would wake up after 3 hours of sleep and just roll around in my bed unable to fall back asleep. Taking another shower would usually help.
2. Megadose peptides before sleep. 500mcg ipamorelin should do the trick, most of the time.
3. Sleeping pills - 5-6 sleeping pills/benadryls
4. Wank it / fuck whores - self explanatory , dont forget to shower afterwards
5. Wash sheets, pillow covers every 2 days if not every day. Clen made it horrible for me,,I ended up buying several sets of sheets, pillow covers and mattress covers and just rotate them every day.
