I dunno, how do you go about putting the db's back onto your legs? You just drag 130+lb db's down your body? Or do you just drop them on your knees from an arm extended postion

I would say for most of the people I see right around 100#'s is going to be significant, which for the record I can still get back up with...
You press 130+ dbs right? Post up a video of you sitting back up from flat bench with them so I can see how it's done, cause everyone I have ever seen do them has always dropped them.
