Actually, NO LAWSUIT. Why? Because of a joke. The entire grill was intended as a joke, and they put the "warning" at the entrance of the grill as a joke:
"Eating at this restaurant is not good for your health." Even though it was intended as a joke, it is a LEGALLY VALID WARNING. The grill's lawyer can argue that the restaurant warned it's customers that could happen, hence there is no legal basis for a suit.
Also, no one gets an infarction from eating at a restaurant once: you get it from having consistently high LDL levels and low HDL levels
for years from eating too much saturated fat and sugar.
So even without that warning, the restaurant lawyer's could argue that the meal he ate at the restaurant contributed 0.0000001% to the artery clogging that he had that led to the heart attack, and thus the restaurant should pay only 0.0000001% of the law suit money.
