TBR's are highly overrated. You won't develop a quality back with 5" movements and it was prob the cause that Ronnie teared a wing.

Really? I never knew that. The problem is that the use of large plates cause a small range of motion; there is no full contraction of the back possible. This is the most important mistake when I see guys training their back. They also rely too much on momentum.
Agreed, though I always did them the Ronnie way myself - Later unfortunately had to drop them in favor of cable rows because of being pussy lower back pains
