rippetoe is nothing for a bodybuilder,,for a powerlifter maybe,,,,but those low volume squad and dead meat potatoes,,,what the fuck will that do for delts or biceps? it will get you big thick and bloofy,,drinking gallons of milk. i have my best gains and i dont touch a deadlift or squat because of my torn labrum,,and i can train with high volume injury free and i work my muscles and they grow big and full and lean. you dont need dante and rippetoe heavy slag iron dragging sleds flipping tires squat squat squat deadlit deadlift,,,to look good as a bodybuilder,,,if you want to be as strong as an ox and look like a bloofy fat ox then yeah, but to look good and full and lean,,,you dont need that shit,,,and its an injury waiting to happen i know
