i don't pay rent cos i bought my shitty apt. but i pay about 300/mo worth of gas, electricity, phone, water and all that bs.
is it a bad idea or a good idea to live together with training partner to share rent? i see this could be a good idea only bad part is it will be awkward when girlfriends come over etcetra
What has this question gotta do with the threads title ?
buying an appartment is probably smarter than renting one but i dont think i'm ready to buy
Noooooot necessarily under the current uncertainty of the future in many places. Depends also what country you live in. USA and southern Europe are most probably going to take big hittage economically which automatically means depreciation in values of real estate as unemployment raises. By renting an apartment now and patiently waiting for the prices to drop you can save big bucks.
My rent plus utilities is roughly 1/7 of my net monthly income. The real expense is food/entertainment/clothes.
interestingi always thought prices are only going up when it comes to houses etc
Haha, even if you're not serious (which I hope you aren't), this is not funny - many people really think that. Look at what happened in USA few years back when real estate bubble burst. Look at Spain now... homes are sold at half the price they were sold sum' time ago... and it keeps fallin'
looking to move out of my mother's basementis it a bad idea or a good idea to live together with training partner to share rent? i see this could be a good idea only bad part is it will be awkward when girlfriends come over etcetra
you must earn big moneywhat job do u have?i gotta get rich like getbiggers
sharing rent is a good idea, yet it is awkward at times, but if you work the same job you can save on transportation costs too. It's truly strange how people accepts being scamming out of our money for the oil and electricity.
If you're really in shape then your schmoe will take care of those things.
i know this is a joke but it's still disgusting this is what i imagine shane hamman's life to be like in between lifting fake plates
rent per month is about 23 percent of month inc. after taxgas and electrics i dont know but per month it isnt much. maybe its 25-28-ish % altogether
Leave Shane alone. Nothing fake here!
holy shiti meant ANDY HAMMAN
