The Hunzans live a simple live and eat no processed foods most live to be over a hundred and still have sex til they die. I cant go to that extreme being caught up in the Western World but the question is does anyone give a damn anymore or just go to the max with drugs, alcohol and whores?

P.S. ensure adequate stretching and hydration time is allotted, preferably while sitting on a bench or some other high usage  equipment.

The answer to that is no.

Regarding overall health, yes I do care, but, then again, I'm in my late 40's.  Back in my 20's, I wasn't as concerned and ate anything I wanted.

I noticed they eat apricote seeds...Which contain Vitamin B-17. Which is next to impossible to get in the western world since the Feds claimed it was poison for us humans. When in reality its actually the opposite and may just be the cure for cancer.
